More information on our bag packing success during Xmas 2008

Following on from the success of our bag packing activities at Sainsburys, over 20 Cubs and Scouts helped pack bags at Morrisons superstore in Kidderminster on Sunday 20th December - we raised £509 towards Group funds and this will be put towards Group expense such as new tents and equipment during 2009.

And on Tuesday night, again at Morrisons - 10 cubs and Scouts who are attending the District trip to Belgium - raised £309 towards their cots for the trip.

Well done to all those that attended and to the Leaders for their help & support on each evening

Our group is a busy and thriving community focused scout pack, with each of our sections full of young people who have decided to enjoy the fantastic opportunities scouting can provide them.

Here at KD9 we have a packed schedule of events - from the important badge work to our camps, visit out and about, along with regular visit to our headquaters by entertainers and professionals.
